PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING -
£30 per hour.
Train privately with myself as many times a week as you like.
• 1-2-1 training.

• Extra workout plans provided.
• Before & After photo’s / body fat % checks.
• Vast range of foods list to follow.
BLOCK BOOKINGS -
• 1 per week x 4 weeks = £120
• 2 per week x 4 weeks = £240
• Block of 10 sessions (no time limit) = £300
